Monster Cleaning Cheshunt is a small cleaning firm working in Cheshunt and the towns round it. Most of our week is move-out cleans, carpets and ovens, with regular housework alongside them.
How we work
The same cleaners come back to the same houses where we can manage it. People prefer it, and so do we, because somebody who has cleaned your kitchen before is quicker the second time.
We bring our own machines and materials. There is nothing for you to buy in, and nothing for you to be at home for if you would rather leave a key. Keys get signed in and out.
How we price
End of tenancy work is a fixed price by property size, agreed before we start, from £156 for a studio. Regular cleaning is charged per cleaner per hour, £23 weekly and £24 fortnightly. Carpets go by the room and ovens by the appliance. We publish the lot on the prices page rather than making you ring to find out, and the service list says what each job covers.
What the water does to the work here
The supply comes off the chalk aquifer under Hertfordshire and tests hard to very hard, and it shapes more of our day than anything else does. Kettles fur up inside a month. Shower screens cloud over within a fortnight of being cleaned. Descaling time is built into every quote we give, our regular cleaners carry an acidic descaler as standard, and a family bathroom on a one off deep clean gets a proper block of time on its own. Anybody quoting forty minutes for a bathroom in EN8 has not cleaned one here.
Putting things right
If an inventory clerk marks down something we cleaned, tell us within 48 hours and we will come back and put it right at no charge. That is easier for everyone than arguing about a deposit. Are you a Cheshunt firm?
Yes. We work across Cheshunt EN8 and Goffs Oak EN7, up the Lea Valley into EN10 at Turnford, Wormley and Broxbourne, and across the Navigation to Waltham Abbey EN9. Everywhere on that list is on the same price list with no mileage charge.
What happens if the check-out report marks something down?
Tell us within 48 hours and we come back and re-clean whatever was marked down, at no charge.
Do I have to be in while you clean?
No. Most of our regular houses are empty at ten in the morning because the household is on a train into Liverpool Street. People leave a key with us or fit a key safe by the door. Keys are handed back the day you ask.
