What to have ready
For an end of tenancy clean we need the number of bedrooms and whether you want carpets or the oven doing on top. For regular work, roughly how many hours and how often. For carpets, the rooms and whether the lounge is a through lounge. For an oven, whether it is a single, a double or a 90cm range. Give us the road as well, so we can offer the slot that suits it.

Evening and weekend work is charged at the same rate as weekdays. Monster Cleaning Cheshunt does not add a surcharge for Saturdays.
Where we work
Cheshunt and the surrounding streets, covering EN8 and EN7, plus EN10 up the Lea Valley and EN9 across the Navigation. That takes in Waltham Cross, Goffs Oak, Turnford, Wormley, Broxbourne and Waltham Abbey. If you are just outside, ring anyway, because we are often nearby. The areas page lists the postcode for each one.
If a clerk marks something down after a move-out
Tell us within 48 hours and we come back and put it right at no charge. Ring the same number. That is faster than email and it is how nearly all of it gets sorted.
Getting a price
Every figure we charge is published on the prices page, so you can work most jobs out before you ring. The service list explains what each one covers, and if you are moving out, the fixed price move-out clean is nearly always the one you want.
Questions we get asked
What are your opening hours?
Eight in the morning to eight at night, seven days a week. Evening and weekend work is charged at the same rate as a weekday, so there is no Saturday surcharge. Ring 020 8077 3679 and a person answers.
Can I get a price without a home visit?
Nearly always, yes. End of tenancy cleaning goes on bedroom count, carpets go by the room and ovens go by the appliance, so the numbers are worked out on the call. We only ask to see a property when it has been left in a genuinely unusual state.
How quickly can you come out?
An oven or a couple of carpets is usually a couple of days. A full move-out clean is about a week outside the summer, and two weeks through June, July and August when the Friday slots go first.
What do you need to know when I ring?
The postcode, the road name, and the size of the job: bedrooms for a move-out clean, rooms for carpets, hours and frequency for regular work. The road helps us pick the best time of day for your street.
