These are the standard prices Monster Cleaning Cheshunt charges. They are not a teaser rate and they do not go up when we arrive. If a job is unusual we will say so before we book it, not afterwards.

That is the whole property: kitchen units emptied and wiped on both faces, bathrooms and limescale, skirtings, doors, and the floors last. Carpets are added by the room rather than folded in, and on a move-out they come off a cheaper scale: £29 a bedroom, £36 a living room, £47 a through lounge and £35 a flight of stairs. The oven goes on per appliance.

A hall is £22, priced as a hall and not as a room. A landing is not part of the £41 flight: it goes on at £9, or £8 alongside a move-out.

A three hour weekly clean is £69, and three hours is the shortest regular visit we put in the diary. Ironing is £12 an hour on top of the cleaning time, if you want it.
One off deep clean
A different job from the weekly visit, and a team one: £26 per cleaner per hour, minimum two cleaners for three hours, plus £30 for equipment and detergents. That puts the realistic minimum at £186. Three cleaners for three hours is £264.

Minimum charge
£67 on one off work. It rarely applies, because most jobs clear it, but a single carpet room on its own would hit it. Regular hourly cleaning is exempt.
What these figures include
Materials, the machine and getting to you are all inside the price. If a property wants a bigger team than the hours you asked for, you hear that on the phone before anything is booked.

If the clerk marks something down
It is part of every end of tenancy booking. If the inventory clerk marks down something we cleaned, tell us within 48 hours and we come back and re-clean it free. It covers our cleaning, not damage or wear that was there before.
Across Cheshunt and Waltham Cross, Goffs Oak, Turnford, Wormley, Broxbourne and Waltham Abbey, with no travel charge between them. The areas page has the postcode for each. Questions we get asked
What is the minimum charge?
£67 on one off work. Most jobs clear it without you noticing, but a single bedroom carpet at £36 booked on its own comes to £67. Regular weekly and fortnightly cleaning sits outside that charge and is booked by the hour, three hours at the least.
Do the prices change out at Goffs Oak or Waltham Abbey?
No. EN7, EN9 and EN10 are on this same list, with no mileage and no cross-border charge for crossing into Essex. A bedroom carpet is £36 in the middle of Cheshunt and £36 out on the lanes.
Do you do ironing?
Yes, at £12 an hour on top of the cleaning time, added to a regular visit rather than booked on its own. Say when you book and we plan the extra time in.
